Wellness programming for boutique properties

You run the property.
We run the programme.

Aureum Wellness designs the retreats, brings the facilitators who lead them, markets them to the people who travel for them, and keeps a year-round calendar running in between. Your team does what it already does well.

Why properties call us

Wellness stopped being an amenity.

A pool and a treatment menu no longer separate one property from the next. Guests increasingly choose where to stay by how they want to feel when they leave, and properties that answer that hold them longer. Building the answer in house means a facilitator network, a programming calendar, and a point of view. That is slow and expensive to assemble while also running a hotel.

Longer stays

A retreat guest books around a schedule rather than a weekend. The length of stay is set by the programme before the guest reaches your booking page.

The quiet months

Retreats can be placed in the gaps in your year instead of competing with the weeks that already sell themselves.

Guests who arrive decided

People book a named retreat with a named facilitator. That programme carries its own audience, which takes weight off your marketing.

The engagement

Four stages, in order.

Every partnership runs this sequence. You can stop after any stage, and most properties begin with the first two before committing to the rest.

I

Design

We study the property, the land it sits on, and the guest you already attract. Out of that comes the wellness strategy: what the programme is, who it is for, and what it is called.

II

Launch

The first retreats are produced end to end. Itinerary, facilitators, pricing, collateral, and the booking path a guest actually walks.

III

Run

The calendar goes live and stays live. Daily practice, weekly gatherings, monthly events, seasonal flagships, staffed and delivered.

IV

Reside

Where demand supports it, the programme becomes permanent. Resident facilitators, visiting teachers, memberships, and a wellness identity that belongs to the property.

Three divisions

One practice, three ways in.

01

Aureum Wellness

The consultancy. Wellness strategy, retreat portfolio architecture, guest experience design, and the brand story that carries it to market. Partnerships begin here.

02

Aureum Retreats

The production arm. Retreats conceived, staffed, marketed, and delivered, from a single weekend immersion to a flagship seasonal series.

03

RASA Retreats

The contemplative division. Meditation, silence, and stillness practice, built on the four movements of the RASA method. Our deepest and most demanding work.

RASA ›
A sunken lounge open to the garden at a Bali property, deep seating under a patterned ceiling.
The spaces a property already owns are usually the ones it programmes least.
Programming

Not every guest joins a retreat.

Multi-day retreats are the flagship, but on any given night they are a small share of the people in your rooms. The calendar underneath them is what makes wellness feel native to the property rather than an event that visits four times a year.

Signature retreats

Three programmes, ready to run.

Each is a complete guest experience: the arc, the itinerary, the facilitator brief, and the room nights it fills. A partner property can host any of them within a season.

I

The Sacred Return

Seven nights. The full RASA arc, for guests coming back to a practice they have let go of. Our flagship contemplative retreat.

II

Aatma Dhyana

Five nights of seated meditation and self enquiry, held in small groups with long sittings and short teaching.

III

Aranya Mauna

Four nights of noble silence in forest surroundings. No speech, no screens, no scheduled conversation.

Partner with us

Bring us the property. We will bring the programme.

Partnerships start with a conversation about the property, the guest you want, and the year ahead. There is no deck to sit through first.
