For guests
Join a retreat.
Retreats run at partner properties through the year, in small groups. Tell us which one interests you and roughly when you could travel, and we will point you at the next date that fits.
Worth knowing
Before you book.
- No prior practice is needed for The Sacred Return. Aatma Dhyana and Aranya Mauna assume you have sat before.
- Groups are small and stay small. When a retreat is full we will offer you the next date rather than adding a place.
- Silence is real. On Aranya Mauna it holds for four nights, including at meals. This is the part people underestimate.
- Phones go away for the duration on all three retreats. We hold them, and you can reach the outside through us if you need to.
- Tell us what is going on. If you are in a difficult period, say so. It changes what we recommend, and occasionally we will suggest waiting.

Aatma Dhyana
Five nights. Long sittings, little instruction. For people who already sit and want depth rather than guidance.

Aranya Mauna
Four nights of unbroken silence in forest. The hardest and, for the right person, the one that lands deepest.
