About

A practice, run as a business.

Aureum Wellness exists because two things rarely sit in the same company: people who can hold a room in silence, and people who can fill a seven night retreat and account for it afterwards. Doing one without the other produces either an empty schedule or a hollow one.

Founder

Rudra Nath.

Rudra founded Aureum Wellness and leads its contemplative division. He designs the retreat arcs, briefs and holds the facilitator network, and teaches the RASA Silence Method privately, one to one, outside the retreat programme.

The method on this site is not assembled from a certification. It comes out of years of sitting, and out of running these rooms at working properties where a guest has paid and a schedule has to hold.

Structure

Why there are three names.

Aureum, Aureum Retreats, and RASA are one company doing three separable jobs. Properties tend to need them in that order, and separating them means a property can buy the first without being sold the third.

01

Aureum Wellness

The consultancy, and the parent. Decides what a property's wellness offer should be before anyone builds it. Sells strategy, not sessions.

02

Aureum Retreats

The production arm. Turns the strategy into retreats that run on real dates with real facilitators and real guests.

03

RASA Retreats

The contemplative division, kept separate because silence work does not share a calendar well with anything louder, and because its method belongs to it.

RASA ›

The method is the throughline. Everything else is scheduling.

RASA, the four movements of release, awareness, surrender, and alignment, is the structure underneath every contemplative retreat we run. It also shapes how we build programmes that are not contemplative at all, because the same question applies to a longevity week or a couples retreat: what is the guest putting down, what are they noticing, where does it turn, and what do they carry out.

A retreat that cannot answer those four questions is a schedule of activities. Guests can tell the difference by day three, and they do not rebook.

How we work

Things we hold to.

We staff what we sell

Aureum does not hand a property a programme document and leave. If a retreat is on the calendar under our name, someone from our network is holding the room.

The property keeps its identity

We are not a brand to be franchised onto a lobby wall. The wellness identity we build belongs to the property and should read as theirs.

Small numbers, held properly

Contemplative retreats have a ceiling on group size past which the work stops being possible. We would rather run a retreat twice than run it once at double the count.

If you run a property and something here matches what you are trying to build, tell us about the place. If you are a guest, the retreat pages are the better door.
