Aureum Wellness

The consultancy.

Before a single retreat is produced, a property needs to know what its wellness offer actually is: who it is for, what it is called, what it costs, and why a guest would cross an ocean for it. That is the work on this page.

Scope

Five pieces of work.

Most properties need all five. A few arrive with two or three already solved, and we start where the gap is.

01

Wellness ecosystem design

The strategy document the rest of the work hangs from. What your property is positioned to own, which formats suit the land and the buildings, how wellness threads through arrival, stay, and departure rather than sitting in one pavilion.

02

Retreat portfolio architecture

The shape of the year. Which retreats run, how often, at what price, in what order, and how a guest moves from a weekend immersion to a seven night flagship without repeating themselves.

03

Guest experience design

The sequence a guest actually walks. What happens in the first hour, what the room holds, how the day is paced, where silence is protected, and where your existing service team carries the experience rather than a facilitator.

04

Brand and storytelling

Naming, positioning, and the language the programme is sold in. A retreat with a vague name and a generic description is a discount waiting to happen.

05

Guest acquisition

Where the retreat guest comes from. Facilitator audiences, wellness travel channels, and your own list, worked so that a launch has demand behind it rather than hope.

The engagement

Four stages, in order.

The sequence is the same whether a property wants one flagship retreat a year or a permanent wellness identity. What changes is how far along it you go.

I

Design

A defined piece of work with a document at the end of it. Property study, guest research, positioning, and the retreat portfolio plan. Most partnerships begin here and nowhere else.

II

Launch

The first retreats produced end to end, so the strategy is tested against real guests paying real money rather than left as a plan.

III

Run

A monthly residency. The calendar is staffed and delivered, the flagships repeat, and someone is accountable for the programme every week rather than every quarter.

IV

Reside

The programme becomes part of the property. Resident facilitators, visiting teachers, memberships, and a wellness identity the property owns outright.

How we charge

Two ways to work.

Strategy is a fixed piece of work with a defined end. Running a programme is ongoing and priced monthly. We keep them separate so a property can commission the first without committing to the second.

Strategic design
A one-time engagement. Property study, positioning, retreat portfolio architecture, and the launch plan, delivered as a working document your team can act on with or without us.
Residency
A monthly retainer. We run the calendar: programming, facilitator sourcing and briefing, production, and delivery oversight across the year.
Marketing
An optional addition to either. Campaign production and guest acquisition for named retreats, where the property wants demand built rather than assumed.
Terms
Set per property. Scale, season count, and how much your own team carries all move the number, so we quote after the first conversation rather than before it.

Strategy that never reaches a paying guest is a document, not a programme.

This is why the consultancy and the production arm sit in the same company. A wellness strategy written by people who have never had to staff a 6am sitting, fill a seven night retreat, or handle a facilitator cancelling four days out tends to be a beautiful and unbuildable thing.

Everything we recommend at the design stage is something Aureum Retreats can produce and RASA can lead. Read the plan and the delivery together, because we wrote them that way.

Next

Start with the property.

Tell us where it is, what is already there, and what the year currently looks like. That is enough to know whether there is a programme worth building.
