Aureum Retreats.
A retreat is not a workshop with better views. It is a week of logistics, a facilitator who can hold a room, a schedule that survives contact with jet lag, and a guest who paid in advance and expects to be changed by Friday. This is the part of the business that does that work.
Sacred Spaces, Elevated Living.
Conception through to the last departure.
Properties come to us at different points. Some have a room and a season and nothing else. Some have run retreats before and want the operational load taken off their duty manager.
Design and programming
The retreat concept, the daily arc, the practice sequence, and the pacing. Written to the property rather than lifted from a template, because a bamboo hall at altitude and a beachfront pavilion do not hold the same schedule.
Facilitators
Sourcing, vetting, briefing, contracting, and travel. We work with a network built over years of running these rooms, and we brief them on your property specifically rather than sending them in cold.
Marketing and sales
Naming, positioning, collateral, and the campaign that fills the dates. Retreats sell on the strength of a specific promise to a specific person, which is a different craft from selling rooms.
Operational delivery
On the ground for the retreat itself. Run of show, guest flow, the handover points with your team, and the judgement calls that come up at 6am on day four.
Six families of retreat.
Each Aureum retreat is conceived around the property, its landscape, and the individual guest — never imposed upon them.

The year, at four speeds.
Flagship retreats are what a property is known for. The rhythm underneath them is what makes wellness feel like part of the place rather than a visiting event. Both are programmed together.
Practice
Gentle, repeatable, open to every guest in the building. Guided and silent meditation, pranayama, walking meditation, yoga, yoga nidra.
Gathering
Where guests meet each other. Sound journeys, tea and cacao ceremonies, satsang, community circles, kirtan evenings.
Event
A reason to return, and something to put in a calendar. Wellness weekends, full moon gatherings, self-care immersions, masterclasses.
Flagship
The retreats the property becomes known for. Signature multi-day immersions, visiting teachers, festivals, collaborations.
Four movements, in sequence.
The framework beneath every retreat we run, across the arc of the stay. It applies as much to a longevity week as to a silent one — nobody optimises anything while their body is still braced.
The method came first. RASA, our contemplative division, takes its name from it, because that is where the arc goes deepest.
Release · Regulate · Recalibrate
Let go of accumulated stress, emotional residue, overwhelm and nervous system fatigue. Nothing deeper is possible until the body stops bracing.
Awakening · Awareness
Attention turns from the world to the one who is watching it. Through observation, silence and reflection, the guest begins to see clearly rather than merely rest.
Surrender
The stage most retreats skip. Nothing to achieve, nothing to improve, nothing to become. Rest beyond striving — where the deepest restoration actually occurs.
Alignment · Integration · Embodiment
What was seen in stillness becomes how one lives. Guests leave with clarity, direction, and a practice that survives the return home.
Eight retreats we bring with us.
A partner property does not have to invent a retreat from nothing. These run under the Aureum name, carry their own identity and audience, and can be hosted within a season.
Restoration
La Dolce Vita
The art of living beautifully. Wellbeing approached through pleasure rather than restraint — Ayurvedic ritual, bodywork, sound, conscious dining. Four nights. The easiest of the portfolio to sell to a guest who does not consider themselves a wellness traveller.
Solace
Rest and restoration, for the tiredness sleep does not repair. Meditation, restorative practice, bodywork and long hours in nature at a pace that asks nothing. Four nights.
Vitality & performance
Executive Recalibration
Clarity, energy and renewal for founders and senior leaders. Recovery, sleep restoration, Ayurveda and protected time for strategic reflection. Four nights — high room rate, low guest count, strong midweek fit.
Human Optimisation
Ancient wisdom and contemporary science in the same room. Sleep, nutrition, movement, breath and recovery approached with rigour. Six nights.
Aureum Vitality
Energy, strength and aliveness. Movement, nutrition and recovery across five nights. The most physically active of the portfolio.
Aureum Longevity
The art and science of living well, for longer. Metabolic health, sleep, movement and stress regulation, structured around measurement at arrival and departure. Six nights. Suits properties with clinical or spa infrastructure already in place.
Conscious & sacred living
The Art of Divine Living
An immersion in conscious and sacred living. Meditation, yoga, Ayurveda, nature and culture held as a way of living rather than a set of practices. Seven nights.
Aureum Couples
Connection, intimacy and shared wellbeing, in a format that does not require either person to have a practice. Four nights. High room rate, low guest count, strong shoulder-season fit.
Contemplative & spiritual
RASA
Our silence, meditation and devotional work runs under its own division, with its own method and its own five retreats — The Sacred Return, Aatma Dhyana, Aranya Mauna, Samadhi and Ecstatic Yoga Retreat.
How a retreat gets filled.
The question every property asks first — and the right one to ask. Retreats do not sell themselves, and a beautiful programme with an empty room helps nobody.
Every Aureum retreat is launched with a complete acquisition plan: a dedicated campaign, marketplace listings, direct outreach to our own guest community, and content produced specifically for that retreat and that property.
Guest acquisition is not an afterthought to the retreat. It is designed alongside it, before the first date is announced.
Where the guests come from.
Aureum retreats are listed and marketed across the world’s leading retreat marketplaces — BookRetreats, Tripaneer, BookYogaRetreats, RetreatGuru and Yaye — placing partner properties in front of an international audience already searching for transformative travel.
Reaching that audience independently takes a property years: listings, reviews, ratings and content accumulated over time. Partner properties enter through the presence Aureum has already built.
Campaign scope and structure are agreed per retreat.
One retreat is enough to start.
Most partnerships begin with a single produced retreat rather than a signed year. It is the cheapest way for a property to find out whether this works on their land, with their team, for their guest.
